- Dans un récipient mettre le bouillon de légumes, les protéines de soja et l'eau bouillante et laisser pendant 10mn.
- Découpez les champignons en dés.
- Poêler les champignons jusqu'à ce qu'ils dorent un peu, puis ajoutez les protéines de soja égouttées.
- Remuez régulièrement pendant 8mn à feu fort. Ajoutez de la sauce soja à votre convenance et remuez encore.
- Ajoutez la pulpe de tomate. Laissez mijoter à feu doux 10mn.
- Servez avec des pâtes (Cuisez les avant sinon c'est moins bon), je conseille vivement l'ajout de fromage végane râpé, certains valent vraiment le coup. Celui que j'utilise est le No Muh Dezent de Vegusto.
